This is the best villa we have stayed in. Very clean and spacious and well equipped. Pool is fantastic. The villa is cleaned with towel replacement every few days. Property management are always on hand if required and respond straight away.Great location

This is a beautiful villa with large garden and a big pool (would recommend heating in late September). It is tastefully decorated with lots of kitchen equipment and comfy beds plus plenty of outdoor seating and a lovely view. Highly recommended.

The villa was everything we needed for a holiday with our toddler and my parents. Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped kitchen and peaceful poolside. The agents were very quick to respond to emails and when we required help they sorted things almost immediately. The pool fence wasn't up when we arrived but was out up promptly when we asked. The outdoor area was lovely for relaxing, eating and our toddler loved it. Beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Guia was a good base for visiting other parts of the algarve, we recommend gale beach and Silves. Guia itself is a bit quieter than we expected with no real central area, this will suit some people. Overall would highly recommend the villa and agency.

The pool is amazing. Great size, clean and well maintained. Heating is a must in April and the pool was heated for our arrival. The villa was beyond what we expected. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has an abundance of crockery, cutlery, equipment and gadgets. Air conditioning and heaters available. There are plenty of blankets if you feel the cold, extra pillows as well. The 2 cleaning visits are an added bonus. 4 cleaners and a housekeeper arrived on both days. Very professional and great cleaning and very pleasant as were the pool man and the gardener. The house is in a quiet location towards the end of the cul de sac. We rarely saw anyone else. It's a short walk down to Guia where there are a number of restaurants to try out. It's a very short drive to the nearest Continental Hypermarket via the back road and a 10 minute drive to Albufeira. The booking process from start to finish was easy. The managing agents are professional, extremely helpful, keep in regular contact and are based in the town as well. We had a relaxing stay, loved the villa and hope to return soon.

Beautiful villa. Lovely pool. Very comfortable beds and very welcome aircon, certainly essential by night. Excellent service from dinora and her team. Car is needed to get to the beaches but they are not far at all. Short walk into the village where there are a selection of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful well equipped villa which I cannot find fault with

A really nice place to stay! A big outdoor area for sunbathing and relaxing. Several large dining areas. Outdoor pizza oven. Nice and large pool, gradually deeper to one end. Professional service from Dinora and her crew.

This is our third time to stay at this villa. Absolutely perfect. I cannot fault anything. The staff and management at Santomero are lovely, so helpful and friendly. Fabulous, spacious villa in a lovely, safe area. A car is essential. We will return!!!!!

What a great villa so well equipped with a great size pool, we had the most fabulous time with family! Great beach at Salgados around 5km away, car essential! Property managers and cleaning team were great!

Lovely villa with everything you need! We rented this villa for 2 weeks in April and my family were so pleased with it! very clean and comfortable, the outdoor area is amazing the pictures don't do it justice with just how lovely and big it is! I also went with a 2 year old and the villa is very safe and the added bonus of the option of having barriers around the pool really put us at ease. would defiantly recommend this villa and will defiantly be returning.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing holiday. We were very impressed by the size of the villa, how spacious the grounds were, the BBQ area, the seating and the heated pool. The housekeepers were efficient and friendly, we will be returning !!

The villa was really fantastic. Very clean,Lots of space, beautifully furnished and a kitchen with everything you would ever want or need. The garden and the pool are amazing, and the neighbourhood was very quiet but that could be because of the time of year. The villa is located away from the busy strip but within easy access to everything you need. A book with local information is available for anything from restaurants to opening times of local pharmacies and places to visit which is very handy. We had problems on arrival when a thunderstorm and heavy rain shorted the electricity, but Dinora did immediately sent out an electrician to fix the problem. Even after we got back the good service continued as I left my mobile behind and it got sent back to me within a couple of days. Thanks Dinora for helping make our family holiday a memorable time.

Great house, refreshing pool, top garden, beautiful view! 10min from the nearest beach. Independant airco in all bedrooms and living room. We enjoyed this with a family of 7 (2 small children). Cleaning ladies come by every few days to clean and change the towels. Garden and pool are taken care of daily (or every other day). Questions or requests are answered in a matter of sometimes minutes, very good service!
