Miradouro is a working 30 acre vineyard which produces the wine 'Vida Nova'. The main farm house and adjoining cottage have been carefully and comfortably refurbished. The resulting property retains all the character of the farm whilst providing modern bathrooms, kitchens etc. The house is in a secluded, quiet country area with good access to Guia, Albufeira, Algarve Shopping and Galé Beach area. Being central it is convenient for all the golf courses in either eastern or western Algarve. There are magnificent views to the sea and the Monchique hills. · Accomodates up to 8 people in the main farm house. · Accomodates up to 6 people in the cottage. · Both houses have full central heating and fireplaces (one gas). · The Farmhouse has a large heated swimming pool (12 x 6m) (extra charge). · The Cottage has a 9 x 4,5m The accommodation in the main farm includes open plan dining/living area with air conditioning, large kitchen and breakfast room has washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, large hob top and oven.
