A really great base from which to explore the Algarve. All the amenities of home - assuming your home has a pool, a bbq and is fifteen minutes from some of Europe’s best beaches.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances.Les photos correspondent exactement à la villa.La villa est prés de tout (magasins,resto,plage 5min voiture). Nous reviendrons certainement.Les employées de l'agence Santomero sont super sympa et sérieux.

We have stayed at this villa twice previously and can't fault it or the service that Santomero rentals provide. The location is very good only being a short walk into Guia, which we have to say is one of the friendliest places to visit.

We stayed at this villa earlier this month and stayed here twice before and can't fault it, location is great for walking into Guia. Only suggestion would be to put some kind of screening behind the barbecue area to improve privacy.

The villa was very clean and had everything you needed and more, the welcome pack was very good even included a bottle of wine!! We had two very minor issues which the management company dealt with very quickly and professionally. They came to visit us on our second day to make sure we had no problems, the lady in question was very friendly and easy to speak to. The villa is within walking distance of Guia and is located on a very private estate, it is near to the main road but traffic noise was never a problem. We would definitely return and next time we would hope that the weather is better and the pool warmer!!

The villa is a great size! Near enough to lovely beaches and restaurants!

We were only three people, but this house would easily accommodate 6 people. It had everything from a well-equipped kitchen to fast Internet. The house was very clean, and the yard and pool were well maintained. We had a very pleasant time!

We visited as a family for the first week in July. Dinora the contact for this villa was really helpful and organised transfers to and from Faro airport as we travelled in two parties. Also sorted tickets for Zoomarine etc. Couldn't be more helpful. Car hire essential to get around but this Villa could not be more comfortable. Everything you need is there. Pool is brilliant and it's a beautiful interior. A really enjoyable week.

The Villa was beautiful, larger and more spacious than the pictures would suggest. There was plenty of room for two adults and 2 teenage children. Having 3 bathrooms and 2 showers was especially useful. The pool was nicely located and well equipped with plenty of sun loungers. The gardens and pool were spotless and well maintained. The cupboard with bat and ball and a squidgy ball was made good use of The Villa had everything we could have needed and even some things we hadn't thought of such as cling film and dishwasher tablets. The BBQ was adjacent to the kitchen which made it so easy to eat outdoors. The welcome pack when we arrived was a lovely touch and much needed as we arrived late in the evening. The location of the villa was lovely and quiet. The walk into Guia village was about 15 mins and wasn't difficult. Guia is lovely village with plenty of authentic restaurants. It was lovely not to be faced with restaurants providing all day English breakfasts. The Algarve shopping centre is only a short drive away and has a large Supermarket and some very nice shops. Zoomarine is also very close and worth a visit. Gale beach was beautiful but much more touristicy than Guia itself Transfers from the airport were arranged with Dinora and were excellent. Our driver from the airport to the Villa spoke excellent English and pointed out key features, such as the chicken roundabout, to help us find our bearings when driving ourselves. Casa da Rute villa was probably the best family holiday we have ever had.

This is a really nice villa, all the rooms are larger than the pics showed and very clean,it also had everything you needed,a nice little touch was the welcome pack,the pool area is lovely and a plus for us having our 3 year old granddaughter with us was that it is gated and very safe,this villa is in a excellent location for seeing a lot of the algarve but you do need a car, I would highly recommend this villa.

Villa was beautiful and much larger than the pictures suggested. Everything you possibly could have needed was there including Wi-Fi which wasn't mentioned in our description but was a welcome surprise. The pool and villa were perfect for the family. It was within easy reach of Gale Beach which is stunning and also the Aquashow Water Park which is a great day out. Shopping and eating in the Algarve is really cheap and there wasn't anything we weren't able to get. If you want tickets to the Water Parks, get them from the local office in Guia. The discount was great. If we return to Portugal, we will definitely book this villa again. Would absolutely recommend this villa to everyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Casa Rute was a really lovely experience, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. The welcome pack of wine, bread, cheese etc on arrival was lovely, and the information folder in the villa very useful. The villa was very clean with attractive decor and gardens, the cleaner and pool man visiting twice a week to ensure we had clean towels and bedding and a clean pool was really appreciated. There are so many shops and restaurants only a short drive away, it felt like a home from home. Casa Rute is such a good location and only a short drive to the coast, I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

What a lovely villa it offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Only 15 minutes from the coast and 5 minutes from a huge shopping centre, it was ideally located. I would definitely recommend styaing here.
